How far in advance should I book?

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

For reservations made less than 24 hours in advance, payment through PayPal is required.

Where do I find my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be outside of customs area holding a sign with your name on it.If having trouble finding the driver, please contact us and head to the outside of the Imperial/Britt café (in between Arrivals and Departures) to meet him there.

Do drivers wait after landing time?

Your pickup at the airport is based on the arrival time of your flight (s); however, the process of immigration, baggage claim and customs takes time, so your driver will be waiting for you.

Do you track the flights?

Yes, we monitor your flight in real time through flightradar24.com, so we will be aware of any changes in your flight (delay, diversion, cancellation, etc.). There will be no additional fees for waiting time.

What if my flight is cancelled?

If your flight is cancelled, you can rebook transportation by sending us your new flight details. Please check our cancellation and refund policy. ⬇️

What is the cancellation policy?

If you must cancel or re-book your transportation reservation, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

For prepaid services, cancellations made two days or more in advance of service date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made one day in advance of service date will receive a 50% refund. Last-minute cancellations (same date of service) and No-shows will not receive a refund.

What is the payment method?

Cash (USD or Costa Rican colones) is the preferred payment method, but you can also prepay for your trip via PayPal. There is a 6% surcharge when paying this way. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit card. PayPal accepts all major ones (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Are rates per person?

Rates are total for the trip, not per person.

Do you provide shared transportation?

We are not offering shared shuttles at this time but they will be available in the near future.

Do you offer transportation between hotels?

Yes, we do. They are scheduled based on your desired pick-up time.

Do you offer tours?

We are not offering tours at this time, but they will be available in the near future; however, we can help you with round trip transportation between your hotel and the tourist center.

Is it possible to make stops along the way?

Yes, we can make stops on the way upon request. Common places to stop at are supermarkets, grocery stores, restrooms, ATMs, souvenir shops, restaurants, Grab & Go, among others. Quick stops (15 minutes max.) are usually free of charge. If the stop exceeds 15 minutes, there will be an additional cost.

Do you provide car seats?

We provide car seats or booster seats at no cost. Restrictions apply to age and
weight of children.

What is the customary driver gratuity?

You can tip between 10 and 15% based on the quality of the service provided.

What are the Covid-19 procedures?

Drivers and customers are required to wear masks for safety purposes.

What can customers expect?

  • Hand sanitizer, wipes, disinfectant, and additional cleaning products will be available in the vehicle.
  • Very clean vehicles. Disinfection of highly-touched surfaces between each service.
  • Natural ventilation and A/C maintenance.
  • Signage will remind you of the protocols to prevent the spread.
